Import a Calendar into InnovGuide with iCal
Locate the iCal Export Link on Your Booking Platform
If you want to sync your calendar with InnovGuide, just start by retrieving the iCal link from your booking platform.
For example, if you use Airbnb :
- Go to Calendar > Availability settings
- Scroll down to Sync calendars
- Click Export Calendar and copy the iCal link
Add the iCal Link to Your Property in InnovGuide
Then you just have to add the iCal Link to your property in InnovGuide.
- Go to the Properties section in your InnovGuide dashboard
- Select the property you want to sync
- Go to the platforms tab and select “Add calendar“
From there, simply select the platform where you retrieved the iCal link, enter a name for your calendar, and paste the iCal URL in the corresponding field.
Once everything is filled out, click “Create” to finish.
Your calendar will be instantly added and begin syncing your external bookings with InnovGuide!
Export your Calendar into InnovGuide with iCal
You can also export your calendar from InnovGuide using the Platform tab.
This allows you to share your property’s availability with other platforms that support iCal import.
For example, if you want to update your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar based on the bookings you’ve received through InnovGuide, simply:
- Go to your Property settings
- Navigate to the Platform tab
- Copy the Export iCal link provided
- Paste it into your other platform’s calendar sync settings
